He appears as a Technical Expert & Quantum Expert in Construction dispute/arbitration. His recent expert testimony also includes the quantification of incremental costs for power plant constructed under an EPC arrangement. The contractor asserted Owner interference in the design process, specifically changes that were not 2 required to meet the contract’s technical requirements. He assessed the changes’ quantum based on design document evolution, as-built design records and project cost data and provided expert testimony in an ICC Arbitration.

He performed an engagement for a power plant equipment supplier responsible for generator as well as associated equipment supply for a power plant. His expert opinions and arbitration testimony involved the review and analyses of contractual work scopes and responsibilities as well as the quantification of additional costs arising from construction work performed at the site by the equipment supplier. The matter also included technical design and construction performance issues.

Prior to being associated with ProUltimus as an advisor, He spent his entire professional career in BHEL, joined as a Graduate Engineer and retired as an Executive Director.

Saurabh Seth is responsible for strategy, business development and project deliveries. He has over 19 years of experience across industries in India and internationally. His experience includes project conceptualisation and planning, engineering and construction management, techno commercial evaluation, contracts negotiations and management, risk mitigation, project controls, monitoring and reporting, project management, claims and dispute analysis and resolution. He is an expert in assessment of delay-damages, cost-assessment of performance disruption, loss of productivity. He is having blend of  Engineering, managerial, and administrative expertise on construction projects across power, oil and gas sectors having cost ranging from INR 1000 cr to INR 8000 Cr. He was team lead in conducting techno-commercial evaluation of distribution utilities (DVB Privatization) that led to acquisition of two circles by his client. Developed the 5-year Business Plan for Tata Power Delhi Distribution Company (TPDDCL) to achieve the AT&C loss reduction targets and improvement in operations. He has served client viz. L&T, Adani Power and Reliance Infrastructure.

Mr. Saurabh is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, graduate in Electrical Engineering and MBA in Finance.

Adarsh Kumar is Director in ProUltimus Consulting Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Kumar is responsible for strategy, corporate affairs and business development. He has over 15 years of India and international experience involving project conceptualization and planning, technical and financial evaluation, engineering and construction management, contract management and risk mitigation, claims and disputes analysis and resolution, arbitration and litigation support, and expert testimony. His project experience of managing multiple projects includes oil & gas, power, petrochemical, road & highways, pipeline and real-estate project, having costs ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 1 billion. He is an expert in Developing Schedule, Delay analysis, evaluating Delay Damages in an advisory and consulting capacity. He has appeared as Delay / Quantum Expert in the presence of leading Senior lawyers / QC’s in Institutional/ Ad-hoc Arbitration.

Mr. Kumar is certified Project Management Professional (PMP), graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Warangal and MBA from Symbiosis. He is Master in Business Law (MBL) and having blend of engineering, legal, managerial and administrative expertise on construction projects while working for private and Public Sector Company.

Before joining ProUltimus, Mr. Kumar was Management Consultant in KPMG. In this role, he led the team responsible for advising clients on Project & Construction Management for Green Field Capital Projects. Prior to this, he worked for MRPL, L&T, Jindal Group and Infosys

Partner, Planning & Strategy - Contract Expert

P. Sridhar has over all of 22 years of experience in implementation of various Civil Construction Projects (Infrastructure of roads, Bridges, High-rise buildings, industrial structure, highways, residential buildings, commercial buildings) holding various positions, has experience as senior scheduling and project controls professional working with international Contractor’s and Project management Consultants Organizations. Experience in the implementation and management of the planning and project controls functions upon numerous projects for the client viz. URS-Scott Wilson, ACC-Simplex Infrastructure, Shapoorji & Pallonji, Ahmed Mansoor (in Bahrain) and Al-Naboodha (Dubai). He has specific Middle East project controls management experience, in Infrastructure of roads, Bridges, High-rise buildings, industrial structure, highways, residential buildings, commercial buildings and Marine Structure.

Sridhar has claims and tender review experience in Express Highways, building and Tunnel projects in the Middle East and internationally, with commercial and contractual knowledge with regards to major standard forms of contracts, with specific emphasis upon the obligations as to schedule management/project controls. He has significant knowledge of all major planning packages including Primavera, Sure-track and Microsoft Projects, with exposure to the extension of time process – contractually. Sridhar possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, effective management of deliverable related to cost and time.

Manish Kumar has over 13 years of experience working on construction projects in Commercial & Residential Building, Road & Bridges and Urban infrastructure. He has been involved in project control & monitoring experience in developing and implementing: estimates, CPM schedules, resource loading and levelling, risk analysis, earned value management, WBS, OBS, CBS, cost control, cash flow, equipment scheduling and project reporting for multi-discipline projects varying in size from INR100 Cr to INR5000 Cr. His planning and scheduling roles have allowed him to have gain valuable experience in project management that is applied to his consulting work in construction claims and delay analysis.

He has extensive experience of schedule and delays analysis on MS project and Primavera in the projects of Oil & Gas, Infrastructure of roads, Bridges, High-rise buildings, industrial structure, highways, residential buildings, commercial buildings and Marine Structure and served for clients viz. IOCL, Caterpillar, TATA Steel, DLF Limited, General Electric & DB Group.

He was instrumental in analysing cost impact due to variation in quantity and change of scope and also prepared Rate Analysis/budget/estimate and cost to complete the project. He analysed the impact on time due to delay in deliverables from a client for extension of time. Jitendra Kumar has over 10 years of Project, Contract and Construction Management experience including subcontractor management, risk management, change control and cost forecasting.  He is an expert in developing estimates, contingencies, risk analysis, budget preparation, financial statement preparation, auditing, and data analysis for large-scale infrastructure project.  He is an established expert with respect to construction scheduling, delay, productivity loss, measurement and control, risk management and controls

His experience includes controlling project costs and schedules with effective integrated solutions.  He has prepared the claim report for the projects ranging in size from INR100 Cr to over INR5000 Cr

He provides specialized cost determination and financial analysis capabilities on engineering and construction projects in which disputes arise due to cost overruns, claims for additional payment, change order disputes, progress payment claims, the propriety of costs incurred and charged, and charges for additional corporate/home office/job-site overhead and profit determination.

Sravan Lingampally is a Civil Engineer and MBA in Construction Project Management (RICS-SBE Amity University) Specialist with an overall of 6 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in Roads, Expressways, Railways, and Buildings in India and Oman. He has involved in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and controlling of the project. He has experience in the delay analysis for EOT preparation by opting Impacted as Planned, Windows analysis, and Planned VS as Built with the narrative report for EOT assessment.
